How to use

    Wet your toothbrush and dip it into the powder. A light coat is enough.
  2. Brush

    Brush gently for 2 minutes.

When will my order ship?

In-stock items, like the Violet Veil jar, ship within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders ship as soon as your batch arrives, and you’ll see the estimated arrival before you buy. Orders with both ship in two parts, at no extra cost. Shipping policy

How does pre-order work?

While a batch is on its way, its products are marked Pre-order with the estimated arrival. You pay the pre-order price at checkout, and your order ships when the batch arrives.

What if it’s not for me?

Your first order is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we’ll refund the product price, even if it’s opened. One per household. On a Duo or Ritual Set, open one item to try and send the rest back unopened. Shipping and Package protection aren’t refunded. See the refund policy

What does Package protection cover?

For $1.99 in your bag, Package protection covers your order if it’s lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged. We’ll replace it or refund you, with no carrier claim needed. Yes. Violet Veil and our PAP strips are made without hydrogen peroxide or carbamide peroxide. The whitening active is PAP.

How do I use Violet Veil?

Wet your toothbrush and dip it into the powder; a light coat is enough. Brush gently for 2 minutes, then rinse. Use once a day, or as directed on the jar.

Powder or strips?

Both whiten with PAP. Violet Veil brushes on with your own toothbrush, and the strips stick on while you get ready. The Ritual Set has both.
